Come and Celebrate the 99th Anniversary of the National Park Service with the World’s Largest Gator

The first day of the event, August 1st,  will be the Opening Reception and Art Party.  The Opening Reception and Art Party is Free to Attend and Family Friendly.  The Exhibit  will be Open for Public Viewing.  Visitors can get close and view that actual tiles that will were used to create the illusion of the alligator body that was  the size of a football field and floated in Biscayne Bay during Art Basel Miami 2012-2014.

We will have educational and informational organizations speak, lecture or read poems during the day. There will be appropriate music creating the perfect atmosphere. The Everglades National Park has created a special event for the Gator in the Bay Art Exhibit to celebrate the 99th Anniversary of the National Park System.  The Opening Reception & Art Party, on  Saturday  August 1st, will have top DJ’s and performers entertaining the crowd.

Each Saturday from 1pm-3pm will be a FREE Photography & Video Workshop.  The Workshop will begin in the Ernest Coe Visitor Center in their beautiful auditorium that is comfortable for a crowd.  The group will then move outdoors to practice what we just learned together.  The workshops are taught at all levels of expertise and practice.
